The Sony Rokinon 50mm f/1.4for the Sony E Mount is now shipping from Amazon and from B&H photo, currently with a street price of $399. Rokinon is known for their affordable but well reviewed lenses for video work. Since this lens is designed for Sony’s APS-C cameras, it will have a focus crop when used on a a7 series camera. The lens features an aperture range of f/1.4 to f/22 and uses aspherical elements and multi-coated optics. We will be reviewing this lens shortly.
