Sony RX1R II Redefines Compact Form
Digital Trends reviews the RX1R II and was impressed with it like we were — it’s the one demo camera I was super sad to send back, even with a slight defect. Digital Trends considers the RX1R II one the best compact cameras money can buy. I liked it so much, had a custom bike bag made for my travels by bike. According to DT, the Pros

- No built-in image stabilization
- Lacks 4K video support

To those negatives, I’ve never had a problem with stabilization using a 35MM prime; if so, use a monopod. Also, not a filmmaker and if I were, would shoot video with the A7S II. The camera is expensive sure, but I addressed that in this post too. The target is the camera geek who appreciates when Sony does what they do best.
