In this edit, Dan Rubin suggests using reflections and shooting from different vantage points. Last year, we profiled Dan as a Sony shooter and he’s shown with an A7RII in the video. I liked shooting with the A7R so much, I kept the Mark I, and that’s what was used for the DPP cover last year too. Shot with them all the Alpha Series cameras now; including, most recently with the A7S II.

I was just in Methow Valley fat biking in the snow with the RX1R II. There wasn’t reflections to work with in snowy conditions, but certainly a monochromatic landscape with a splash of color.
