Photo District News reviews the a6300, Sony’s follow up to the best-selling a6000, concluding
… the a6300 is very much the pace horse of the crop-sensor mirrorless category. It’s blazingly fast, feature-rich and delivers excellent still and video quality.
Speedy AF; excellent image quality; great video quality and feature set.
No disagreement here, but the focus can be tricky…
No touchscreen; fixed EVF; no in-body image stabilization; no headphone jack.
Don’t want touchscreen for several reasons, not sure what’s wrong with a fixed EVF, images are stabilized in the compatible lenses, and why Sony doesn’t put a headphone jack on this camera, don’t know either.
The a6300 is available from Amazon.com for $998.00
