Sony Australia have launched a microsite entitled Move to Mirrorless. The site includes a series of videos that explains the benefits of mirrorless technology, and the Sony mirrorless cameras. Anyone shopping for an a7, a7II, a7R, a7s or a6000 (or trying to explain to a friend or colleague why they would want to buy one) should check out the videos.
The benefits of mirrorless cameras are numerous, but the most pronounced are the smaller size of the equipment, the ability to focus with LiveView, incredible video capabilities and a future of advances that have the possibility to take the cameras past the levels of today’s SLRs.
