Sony have released a firmware update for the a7 series camera, as well as the a6000 camera. The update adds support for the new FE lenses. You can download the update from your regional Sony website by entering your model number.
Sony A&II Firmware Features
For a7II users, the Sony firmware enhances image stabilization features. The update proves stabilization when the shutter release is half-pressed, in Focus Magnifier mode and during movie recording.
